Art and Photography Competitions
- Organiser: The Competition is organised by Farm Focus (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
- Artwork Submission: Participants grant the Organiser the right to use their submitted artworks/photos as marketing materials. Participants retain ownership and copyright of their artworks/photos.
- Liability: The Organiser and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment resulting from participation in the Competition or acceptance of any prize.
- Personal Information: The Organiser may collect and process personal information of Participants in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Focus Advantage
- All subscriptions are subject to the usual Farm Focus Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Offer is for free Farm Focus subscription until you begin trading and entering bank transactions.
- Offer is only available to customers signing up for a new full or discounted (additional) annual subscription. Offer does not apply to limited subscriptions or monthly payment plans.
- The applicable Farm Focus charges will apply from when you begin trading and entering bank transactions. These will be charged annually using the payment method provided on sign up (credit card or direct debit).
- Farm Focus reserves the right to cancel or change the offer at any time.
- If this subscription does not become a paid subscription, access will be withdrawn after 9 months.

Focus Roadshow Policy
- Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [insert contact email] and must include the ticket holder's name, event name, and order number. - Refund Eligibility:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event start time are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time.
Non-Refundable Tickets: - Tickets purchased within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
