Working at Farm Focus

Our vision is simply that farmers and growers are empowered to cultivate thriving & sustainable businesses. At Farm Focus we use this vision to drive what we do and how we innovate.

About us

We’ve been creating and publishing financial management and planning software for New Zealand farmers for more than 40 years.

Our head office is a modern space based in Masterton. We employ around 45 people and our staff work with the latest technology. We also support flexible working. Our working week is 37.5 hours, which ultimately means more time for you to explore our beautiful region.

Onsite car parking means no more time wasted looking for a carpark or commuting on the train. We have a fun and inclusive workplace: we hold regular offsite social events and celebrate individual and team successes We celebrate birthdays once a month as a team and get the day of our birthdays off to enjoy how we wish.

Three teams - One mission

  • The Product Innovation Team consists of 18 highly skilled developers, UX/UI designers, testers and DevOps.
  • Our Client Success Team (CST) is unique, based in New Zealand, and answers farmers queries by phone, email and chats. Most of our CST staff have farming experience, so they really understand our clients.
  • Our sales and marketing team is a small group of sales and marketing experts, a graphic designer and a communications specialist.

We aren't hiring at present but if you are 'amazing' we are happy to hear from you. Submit your interest to careers@farmfocus.co.nz
